Tiago Horta Barbosa has degrees in international relations and law. He has a postgraduate degree in Sports Law and Management and a master's in Sports Law (ISDE Madrid).

His professional journey began as a Police Training Officer at OIPC-Interpol, where he served from 2012 to 2014, gaining valuable experience in law enforcement. Tiago has also been notably active in the sports legal sector since 2015. Specializing in sports integrity, he has focused on preventing and combating competition manipulation.

Tiago also served as Director of Business Development and Sports Integrity in Latin America at Sportradar AG (2016-2019). He also held the positions of Prosecutor at the STJD (Superior Court of Sports Justice) for Football (2015-2016) and Auditor at the Anti-Doping Court of Sports Justice (TJD-AD) (2020-2024), in addition to holding seats on several ethics and integrity committees.

César Augusto is a football coach working with grassroots football. He reminds us that the foundation of football in Brazil is a playful, happy game attitude ("Futebol Arte"). That no matter the degree of professionalism and athletic training, our national team will never get back to its times of glory unless that essence is revisited and strengthened.

Marco Aurélio Klein is a Sociologist with a specialization in Administration, Finance and Marketing; he has held several positions, missions, consultancies and achievements in the creation, development, implementation and administration of public and private policies - at the international, federal, state and municipal levels, in Brazil and abroad. He was a bank director and therefore has a vision of the private and corporate side. We believe we should have him with us in the "Meaningful Conversations" due to his impeccable reputation and the structure he conceived when creating the highest doping control body in Brazil for the Rio de Janeiro Olympic Games. At the Ministry of Sports, from 2012 to 2016, he was secretary of the federal government at ABCD (Brazilian Doping Control Authority). Since 2017, he has been a member of the Football Ethics Committee. In addition, he is a great chef and he and his beautiful wife Virgínia warmly welcomed me to their home in Brasília with great hospitality and a great "fusion" dinner.
